Raw jackfruit kebab

 



Summer is the season of mango and jackfruit. All the raw mangoes and jackfruits have started to rise in the market. Fruits like mango, blackberry, jackfruit, litchi etc. will start ripening in a few days.


Just as different terms can be made with raw mango, so too can all the delicious terms be made with raw jackfruit. This is how delicious kebabs can be made with raw jackfruit. Here's an easy recipe for making this kebab-



Materials


1. Boot pulses should be soaked in 1 cup for 4/5 hours and then washed.

2. Raw jackfruit half a kg (cut into small pieces).

3. Yellow powder slightly

4. 2/3 bay leaves

5. A little salt

. 2/3 cinnamon

. 4/5 dried red chillies

. Ginger paste 1 teaspoon

9. 1 teaspoon of garlic paste

10. The amount of water

11. 1 cup of onion barista

12. Mint leaves 2 tablespoons

13. 7/8 green chillies

14. Rokon Flower 2 tablespoons

15. Salt to taste

16. 1 teaspoon of fried cumin powder

16. 1 teaspoon of chilli powder

16. 1 tablespoon hot spice powder

19. 3-4 eggs.


First cut the inside of the jackfruit into pieces. Then mix a little turmeric in water and boil it. Now cover with jackfruit pieces. As soon as the water boils, pour the jackfruit and wash it with normal water.


Meanwhile, after soaking the boot stalks for 4-5 hours, wash them in a pressure cooker. Put half boiled jackfruits in it. At this stage mix the ingredients up to No. 1-10.


Then when the pulses and jackfruit are boiled, the water should be dried and shaken on low heat. Then remove the bay leaves and cinnamon. Then take it out of the oven and cool it.



Now mix onion barista, mint leaves and green chillies with dal jackfruit and blend in pataya or blender. Now mix all the ingredients up to No. 14-18 with the blended jackfruit and mix well. Now make kebab from this mixture.


When all the kebabs are ready, dip them in beaten eggs, brown them in hot oil and fry them upside down. Raw jackfruit kebab was made in diameter.
